Companies that show up in more than one sublist. The more bleed between two categories, the more commoditized that boundary is — and the more room the seed has to pick a sharper lane or claim the intersection.

Where The Market Has Actually Moved

A flow map of real category moves — acquisitions, pivots, expansions — tracked across the seed's orbit. Thickness of each flow = number of companies that moved that direction. If a sublist is draining mass, that's consolidation. If it's gaining mass, that's where the market is pooling. Use this to pressure-test the seed's expansion bet: are you moving WITH the current or against it?
