What this is

OnlyData Club ("we", "us") is a professional identity platform operated by Product Hacker. You create a profile. You own it. We host it.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. One profile per person or company. Don't impersonate others.

Your data

• Everything you put on your profile was provided by you.
• We do not scrape, infer, or purchase data about you from third parties.
• You can update or delete your profile at any time by contacting us.
• We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

What you can do

• Create a person or company profile with accurate information.
• Link your profile in your LinkedIn headline or anywhere else.
• Message other members who have messaging enabled.
• Control what's visible on your public profile.

What you can't do

• Create profiles for other people without their consent.
• Use the platform to scrape data or build databases of members.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content.
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliations.

Messaging

Members can message each other when the recipient allows it. Message types include general, friend, coworker, recruiting, and partnership. Each member controls which types they accept. Abuse of the messaging system will result in account suspension.

Recruiting & availability signals

You may optionally indicate that you are open to recruiting, partnerships, advisory roles, or other professional opportunities. These signals are visible on your public profile and may be included in cooperative data sharing (see below). You can change or remove these signals at any time.

Cooperative data sharing

OnlyData Club participates in cooperative professional networks. When you opt in to cooperative sharing:

• Your public profile information (name, headline, location, company, LinkedIn URL, and availability signals) may be shared with cooperative partners such as Rally and other Product Hacker tools.
• Your profile may appear in search results within cooperative partner platforms.
• You control which fields are shared. Email, phone, and private notes are never shared without your explicit permission.
• Cooperative sharing is opt-in. You can enable or disable it at any time.
• Data shared cooperatively is attributed: partners know it came from your OnlyData profile.
• Cooperative partners may not resell your data to third parties.

If you use an open-source context framework (such as Cowork Hub) connected to OnlyData, your local profile may sync with your OnlyData profile. This sync is controlled by you and your local configuration.

Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide. By creating a public profile, you grant us a license to display it on onlydata.club and share it with cooperative partners you've opted into. You can revoke this by deleting your profile or disabling cooperative sharing.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI-generated enhancements, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We'll note the date above.
